DATE : 13th APRIL, 2022 By this application, the applicants are seeking transfer of petition for declaring marriage as nullity filed by the non-applicant before the competent Court at Bhandara to the competent Court at Amravati. It is stated that there are number of proceedings initiated by the applicants before the Courts at Bhandara.

In this backdrop, the learned counsel for the nonapplicant has appeared and submitted that he has instructions to state that the non-applicant has no objection to the prayers made in the application. MP Deshpande

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The petition filed by the respondent bearing H.M.P. No.144/2020, pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhandara is transferred to the Court of Civil judge, Senior Division, Amravati.
