Since the petitioner has already preferred the representations to the Regional Officer, MIDC, Nagpur, as regards opening of the country liquor shop in the plot situated in MIDC Hingna, Nagpur, we expect the MIDC to take a decision thereupon within a period of six weeks from today.

Learned counsel representing respondent no.5 has also urged before us that he has preferred an application before the MIDC and we expect the MIDC to take a decision upon the same as well, at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
