The learned counsel for the petitioner wants to bring on record the material relating to relationship between the person holding PAP certificate and the petitioner.

In fact, an opportunity to bring all these facts was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.02.2025. Despite the fact that 11 months' time has been lapsed, such facts are not brought on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is collecting the documents.

In that view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh alongwith all the relevant documents and pleadings, disclosing the relation as referred above.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
