By this application, the respondent No.4 -Ku. Aastha d/o Rajendra Dangore seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount by order dated 21/07/2015. 3.

The original claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount, subject to furnishing the security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). As the respondent No.4 was minor, her share was not withdrawn, at the relevant time. Now, she has attended the age of majority. 4.
