Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parities and having gone through the petition and reply of the respondent, we are of view that the petition can be disposed of by directing the petitioner to make representation before the respondent no.3 - Education Officer to decide facts in respect of pay fixation of the petitioner, which are disputed by the Management.

If representation is made, it shall be decided within four weeks from the receipt of the representation by respondent no.3Education Officer. 3.
