Perused the reply filed by respondent no. 3.

It is seen from the reply of respondent no. 3 that respondent no. 4 has now joined the Jingle Bells High School, Hiwari Nagar, Nagpur on 23.11.2020, following the order of this Court dated 03.11.2020. Joining of respondent no. 4 at Jingle Bells High School, Nagpur have rendered the communication impugned in this petition infractuous and, therefore, we find now that these

WP 2219.2020.odt communications are no-longer in operation and ineffective. Subsequently, we also find that this petition now does not survive.

The petition is disposed of accordingly. No Costs. Accordingly, pending civil applications, if any, are also disposed of.
