In that view of the matter, there shall be Stay to the execution of the judgment and award dated 19.6.2017 passed by learned Incharge Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-2, Nagpur. 5.

It is made clear that if the decetal amount is not deposited within a period of one week from today, the Stay shall stand vacated automatically.
