Date : 9th September, 2019 This petition seeks a direction to the Small Causes Court at Nagpur to decide Regular Civil Suit No.174 of 2006 within a stipulated period.

On 19-7-2019, this Court passed an order as under : "

The Small Causes Court at Nagpur is directed to decide Regular Civil Suit No.174 of 2006 within a period of four weeks from today without entertaining any application for review. If any application is filed for grant of adjournment, even for small adjournment, costs of rs.5000/- for each adjournment will have to be paid by the party seeking adjournment.

Place this matter after four weeks to see the compliance."

We do not find that any purpose would be served by keeping this matter pending and we continue the order dated 19-7-2019 till the disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.174 of 2006.

The petition stands disposed of.
