According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, a non-banking financial services company, has advanced loan as against the mortgage property which was in favour of the respondent Nos.2 and 3. According to him, the very same property was mortgaged by the respondent Nos.5 and 6 with the respondent No.4 which has prompted initiation of proceedings as reflected in the prayer clause.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 17.06.2025.
