Heard learned counsel Shri R.S.Kurekar for the applicant. Also, I have heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs.M.H.Deshmukh for the State who strongly objects the present application for grant of anticipatory bail in favour of the present applicant.

The applicant took active part in commission of crime. Other accused persons viz. Ganesh and Vijay are protected by this Court. They did not take any active part in commission of crime. Learned Judge below in paragraph No.6 of order dated 3.4.2019 specifically mentioned that present applicant was having iron rod and he beat injured. Custodial detention of the present applicant is required to recover the iron rod.

In view of the above, the criminal application is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
