Perused the pursis St. No.8 of 2021. By the order passed by this Court on 11.03.2020, intervention application was allowed and petitioner was directed to add the intervenor/applicant namely Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan as party respondent on or before next date. In spite of one year having been passed after the order, the petitioner has not carried out the amendment. Such petition cannot be entertained by this Court. 3.

The petition stands dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) to be deposited in the

2 PIL No.35.2019 account of High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur within two weeks from the date of the order, failing which, the matter shall be placed before this Court for passing of necessary coercive orders.
