In all fairness the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the name "Tausif" in paragraph 7 is substituted by "Mohd. Shahezad Siddiki" and the direction to decide the criminal case expeditiously which is not inadvertently incorporated in judgment dated 25.03.2019 is incorporated.

The judgment be modified by substituting the name "Mohd. Shahezad Siddiki" in place of "Tausif" and paragraph 8 shall be added to the judgment as follows: "8] The trial court is directed to decide criminal case 61/2018 expeditiously and in any event within nine months."
