By this application, the permission is sought to withdraw the entire remaining balance amount deposited by the Appellant - VIDC in pursuance to the judgment and order passed by this court in First Appeal No.199/2013, dated 8.5.2024.

In view of the averments made in the application, which are not controverted, the present respondents/applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount through their Power of Attorney given in favour of applicant no.1, namely Shailesh Uttam Vispute, subject to satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial). 3.
