On 09.10.2025, again there was no appearance on behalf of the appellant. Hence, this Court specifically stated that on next date, matter will be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Again on 15.10.2025, no one appeared in the matter and, therefore, it was simply adjourned. 3.

Today, when this matter is listed before this Court none appeared for the appellant in the morning session nor in the afternoon session. It is therefore clear that appellant seems to be not interested to prosecute the present appeal. Hence, present appeal stands dismissed.
