Civil Revision application filed by the objector/acquiring body is rejected by this Court vide order dated 20/09/2021. In that view of the matter, Civil Application is allowed by permitting the applicants/original non-applicant Nos. 1 to 1.6 to withdraw the amount of Rs. 85,29,017/- deposited in Regular Darkhast No. 110/2001 vide CCD No. 1/2020, on 07/04/2020 by furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Nazir of the trial Court.
