It is seen from the MLC report that the complainant has not sustained any incised wound or stab wound caused by sharp edged weapon like knife, although it is the allegation made specifically by the complainant that this applicant dealt him a blow of knife. In these circumstances, I am of the view that the applicant would be entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the order. The application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 21/4/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same condition with the addition of conditions that the applicant shall attend the police station for a period of three days between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on 25/7/2016, 26/7/2016 and 27/7/2016 and on such other date/s and time as required by the Investigating Officer, shall cooperate the police in investigation and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
