The learned trial Court refused to direct investigation under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The complainant preferred Criminal Revision 5 of 2018 challenging the said order.

The Criminal Revision is dismissed by order dated 21.2.2018. The revisional Court held that the order is interlocutory and therefore the revision is not maintainable. The proposed accused who are impleaded as non-applicants in the revision, are not parties to this petition.

The petition is dismissed.
