Shri A. R. Deshpande, the learned counsel waives notice on behalf of legal heirs of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in both the applications.

Though the prayer for condoning delay and for bringing on record the legal heirs is opposed, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned. The applications are allowed. The legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within period of one week from today.
