Learned Counsel for the respondent no.4 has pointed out that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in bunch of petition decided by the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.6179/2021 Neha Raju More and others Vs. Union of India and others along with others, decided on 29/10/2021.

In the light of above, we have already dismissed two other petitions. In this petition, Regulations and certain Clauses of Regulation 5, Schedule 1 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Minimum Standards of Education in Indian Medicine) Amendment Regulation, 2016, whereby the amendment has been made, have been challenged.

It appears that as the issue was decided in above referred decision, the petitioner may not be interested.

In view of the above, petition stands disposed of for want of prosecution. No costs.
