The applicants are arrested in Crime 30/2017 registered with Etapalli, District Gadchiroli for offence punishable under sections 307, 353, 143, 147, 148, 149, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with section 5/28 of the Arms Act and are in custody since 01.10.2017. It is not in dispute that the only material against the applicants is the statement of the co-accused recorded under section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act.

In this view of the matter, the application shall have to be allowed.

The applicants be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond of Rs.15,000/- each with a solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the dates of hearing regularly.

The applicants shall not tamper with the
