The applicant has filed this application to transfer the Marriage Petition No.52 of 2025 , filed by the non-applicant on the file of 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Gondia to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kelapur.

Learned counsel for applicant submitted that, it is difficult for her to travel as there is no direct bus from Maregaon to Gondia. It is difficult for her to attend the Court of 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Gondia. Hence prayed to transfer Marriage Petition No.52 of 2025 from the file of 2nd Kavita

Though the non-applicant is served, he is not present before the Court. The applicant is a lady staying at Maregaon, which is near to Kelapur. 4.

Hence, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed. The Marriage Petition No.52 of 2025 pending before the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Gondia is transferred to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kelapur.

Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
