DATE : 11/06/2019 Respondent no. 1 - Kulsumbai Abdulbhai Kothawala died on 10.11.2018. Her legal heirs are already on record. The appellant has deposited decreetal amount of Rs.23,93,522/- before this Court. The respondents have lost their property in execution. Hence, Application is allowed.

Respondents are permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation deposited before this Court after furnishing usual undertaking before this Court. The application is disposed of.
