The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the respondent.

The only direction sought by the petitioner is for expeditious

WP 5667-2006 Judgment consideration of the representation made by it on 11/11/2020 to the Tahsildar to take necessary steps and comply with the decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 43/2004. According to the petitioner, by the said decree, it has been held entitled to the properties bearing field Survey Nos. 155/1A, 155/2 and 162/2. Since it is the case of the petitioner that this decree has attained finality, necessary mutation entries are required to be taken.

Considering the limited prayer as made, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the production of this order. 6.

Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
