In this writ petition, the order allowing Exh.5 restraining the respondent Nos.2 and 3 from allowing/sanctioning and withdrawal of any amount bearing joint account No.33246952604 which is in the name of petitioner herein and her deceased son, till further orders in the suit, is under challenge.

After going through the record, it is revealed that the petitioner has not yet filed her written statement in defence in the said suit. The learned counsel for the petitioner orally argued that on the date of the filing of the suit in the year 2022, the age of the plaintiff was 19 years, whereas according to her, the marriage was performed on 25.09.2020 and as such she was minor when the marriage was performed with the son of the petitioner and therefore, the marriage is not valid and further it is pointed out that the application Exh.5 is still pending and it is not yet decided.

In the circumstances, as the petitioner has not yet filed reply to the Exh.5 and written statement, I do not want to interfere with the interim order granted in favour of the respondent No.1. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
