Prayer is to grant stay to the execution of the decree for possession passed in favour of the respondent. By order dated 4-3-2015, this decree was stayed by way of ad interim orders. The appeal has been admitted on 28-6-2016 and hence, it would be necessary to protect the possession of the appellant.

Subject to appellant not creating any third party rights or alienating the suit property the decree for possession shall remain stayed during pendency of the appeal. Civil appeal is disposed of.
