This is an application for grant of permission to re-use the EVMs & VVPATs Machines in the General Election of 2019 in 61-Bhandara (Scheduled Caste) Legislative Assembly Constituency. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner accedes to the request and has no objection in allowing this application as the issue involved in the
