2] This is an application for grant of stay.

3] The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the entire decreetal amount has been deposited with the Registry of this Court.

4] In this view of the matter, the execution of the judgment and award dated 25/07/2016 passed by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No. 1015/2012 shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal.

5] Civil Application stands disposed of.
