Pursuant to the liberty granted by this Court, the present application came to be filed for the same relief, namely grant of bail.

The applicant should have approached the Sessions Court first, making use of that liberty. Hence I make the following order:- Criminal Application No. 301 of 2015 is disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to approach the Sessions Court first for the same relief. Judge |hedau|
