DATE : 02.05.2016 The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner under Rule 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad, District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964. It is stated that though the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending since long, the same is not decided as yet. Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, if not decided, within a period of two months. Order accordingly. No costs.
