CORAM
:
A.B. CHAUDHARI, J.
DATE :
10th July, 2015.
Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.
Smt. Vanita Narendra Asole is said to have been murdered and on suspicion a crime is registered against the applicant also. Bail application filed by the said Narendra is rejected by this Court. In so far as the applicant is concerned, admittedly, the only evidence against her is that she had objectionable relationship with Narendra and, therefore, there was a quarrel in the house of Narendra with his wife. There is no role attributed to the applicant in the alleged crime. That being so, I think that applicant is entitled to grant of
anticipatory bail. Hence the following order:- Criminal Application No. 211 of 2015 is allowed. Rule is made absolute in terms of the interim order made by this Court on 06th May, 2015.
The applicant shall co-operate with the police as and when called.
