Date : 9 th October, 2015 On 9-1-2015, this petition was dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to participate in the re-measurement process, as has been directed by the Collector in the order impugned in this petition. It was further clarified that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he can avail the remedies available under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. Thereafter, Misc. Civil Application No.234 of 2015 was dismissed by this Court directing the authority to decide the matter within a period of six months from the said date. It is always open for the applicant to challenge the orders passed by the authorities below in appropriate forum and claim refund of amount, if any paid in excess.
