Mr. Kedar, learned counsel for the applicant states that delay of 185 days which is explained in the application.

In the light of same, issue notice to the respondents, returnable within six weeks.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1799 OF 2025 1.

2. Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by the Reference Court along with interest accrued therein within six weeks with this Court.

3. In view of the above there shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and award dated 04.04.2024 in MACP No.65/2020 passed by Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur subject to deposit of the entire amount within six weeks failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
