Heard Shri L. Meshram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.D. Sirpurkar, learned A.P.P. for respondent no.1.

We find that the trial is already fixed for evidence and 26.02.2017 was the first date scheduled therefor.

In this situation, considering the fact that the FIR is of the year 2012 and the Sessions Trial is of the year 2013, at this stage we are not inclined to examine the contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner. However, we expedite the trial.

Order 2004apl282.17 Learned Sessions Court to attempt to dispose of the Sessions Trial No.3/2013 as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order to it. 4.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
