The learned Principal District Judge Chandrapur, shall transfer MJC Nos.43/2023, 45/2023, 51/2023 and 60/2023 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Bramhapuri to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur where MJC No.369/2023 is pending. iii.

The learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur shall endeavour to decide the above matters within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (N.R. Borkar, J. ) Deshmukh
