We direct the respondent - Chief Executive Officer to decide the application for substitution in the matter of grant of compassionate appointment dated 24.03.2025 expeditiously and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order along with the copy of petition.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent-Chief Executive Officer on 28.04.2025. 5.

While deciding the representation, the respondent - Chief Executive Officer shall be sensitive to the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court delivered in the matter of Kalpana wd/o Vilas Taram and anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., reported in 2024 (4) Mh.L.J. (F.B.) 312.

The order passed be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of passing of the order by the respondent.
