The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this application is filed as there was no progress in the trial. Now examination-in-chief of the investigating officer is partly recorded, therefore, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with request to directions to the trial Court to conclude the trial within three months.

Considering the same, permission is granted to withdraw the application with directions to the trial Court that the trial Court shall expedite the trial and shall conclude within three months. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
