Considering the short issue involved, notice on respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is dispensed with as the Court proposes to direct said respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representations dated 22.11.2022 and 19.12.2022.

The petitioner seeks benefit under the timebound promotion scheme having completed 45 years of age and having rendered 12 years service in terms of Government Resolution dated 22.06.2007.

The Divisional Commissioner by order dated 09.05.2022 had issued directions to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to consider the case of the petitioner and take appropriate decision. Thereafter, on 22.11.2022 and 19.12.2022, the petitioner made representations seeking necessary steps to be taken in the matter. According to the petitioner, the directions issued by the Divisional Commissioner on 09.05.2022 have not been complied with.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take necessary decision in the light of the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner on 09.05.2022 and after considering the petitioner's representations dated 22.11.2022 and 19.12.2022. Such decision be taken within a period of four weeks of receiving the copy of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. 5.

Order accordingly. No costs.
