The applicant has filed this application to transfer the proceedings which are pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim.

The divorce petition filed by the nonapplicant is also pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim. and one restoration application is also under Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, petition filed by the non-applicant for custody of the child.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has stated that the applicant is staying with her son at Mehkar, Dist. Buldhana. She is staying alone and the maintenance petition and Domestic Prity
2 / 2 55.mca257.2025 Violence petitions are pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Mehkar, Dist. Buldhana.

The son of the applicant is studying at Mehkar, it is not possible for applicant to travel alone to Washim to attend the Court and as her son is taking education i.e. in 10th Class, she has to take care of his studies.

Hence, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. The Hindu Marriage Petition No.14/2024, pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim, is transferred to file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Mehkar, Dist. Buldhana and M.J.C. No.238/2023 in Civil M.A. No.50/2020, pending before the learned 9, Ad-hoc District Judge, Washim to the file of District Judge, Mehkar, District - Buldhana.

In view of above, Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
