Heard Shri Parsodkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Mokadam, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

Shri Mokadam, learned counsel states that the impugned communication dated 10.03.2014 is withdrawn by Respondent No. 2. He places on record communication sent by the said authority to the petitioner on 12.01.2015 in this respect. The communication is taken on record as Exh. X.

Shri Parsodkar, learned counsel states that he has no instructions about such communication. In the light of Exh. X, it is apparent that the challenge in the present petition is rendered infructuous. Hence, writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
