One of the accused is already released on bail by this Court on 27.03.2019. Accused are arrested as per the statement of Ranjit and Mohd. Nazim. They have stated in their statements that they saw the accused while going towards the house of deceased. They have not stated anything that they lastly seen the deceased with the applicant. Except that evidence, there is no other evidence.

Shri Gangane, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State/non-applicant has submitted that Mangalsutra was seized from the present applicant.

Except that evidence, there is no other evidence, therefore, applicant is entitled for bail. Hence, the following order. (i) Criminal Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail on his executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount on following conditions.

(b) The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.

(c) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

With this, the criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
