Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri J.Y. Gurdey for the respondents/State. Learned counsel Shri Tarun Parmar appointed for the petitioner is not present.

The petitioner had filed Criminal Writ Petition No.922 of 2015 for the same reliefs through a private counsel and it was dismissed on 28.1.2016. It appears that, thereafter, he has approached the legal aid and these proceedings are fled.

In this situation, we impose costs of Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand only) upon him. The costs shall be recovered through his wages and till the said costs are recovered, he shall not .....2/-

be given the benefit of parole or furlough leave. The criminal writ petition is, accordingly, accordingly disposed of.
