VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.I.S. CHEEMA, JJ.

DATE : 09.09.2015 Shri Bobade, the learned Counsel for the petitioners fairly states that similar challenge was raised to the validity of the Government Resolution in Writ Petition No.3458/2012 and this Court has by the judgment dated 20.11.2012 dismissed the petition.
