The amount deposited in the reference Court is only 50% of the amount awarded by the reference Court. In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed, subject to applicant filing an undertaking before this Court that in the event this Court directs the applicant to refund the amount, the applicant shall refund the same within the period prescribed by this Court.
