On page 5 of the judgment in fourth line the figure "Rs.5,76,0000/-" is wrongly mentioned and in fact, it has to be "Rs.5,76,000/-".

Similarly on page 6 of the judgment in first line the figure "Rs.4,88,5000/-" is wrongly shown and in fact it should be "Rs.4,88,500/-".

Apparently, the typographical error is due to inadvertence.

Office is directed to carryout the corrections in the judgment and supply certified copy of the judgment to the parties without any charges.
