The learned Deputy Solicitor General of India waives notice for the respondents. 2] The grievance of the petitioner who is presently working as Driver - Grade - I with respondent No.2 is for consideration of his request to create additional post of Driver with the Railway Protection Force in view of the recommendation in that regard made by respondent No.2. In that context, the petitioner has made various representations to respondent No.2 stating therein that the post of Master Craftsman which is stated to be equivalent to the post of Sub-Inspector be created. Since the said representations are stated to be still pending, the petitioner seeks consideration of the same in accordance with law. 3] In view of aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.

2 to consider the petitioner's representations in that regard dated 8/2/2020, 28/4/2020, 24/5/2020 and 22/6/2020 in accordance with law and take a decision thereon preferably within a period of eight weeks from receiving copy of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. Rule accordingly. No costs.
