Shri Bobde, the learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly states that the issue involved in this case was also involved in Writ Petition No.3458 of 2012 and this Court has, by the judgment dated 20.11.2012, dismissed the writ petition and answered the issue against the petitioners.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 20.11.2012 in Writ Petition No.3458 of 2012, we dismiss the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
