By this application, the applicant has prayed that permission be granted to release the E.V.M. machines as well as V.V.P.A.T. machines that were used for conducting the elections in which the respondent no.1 is the returned candidate. Shri S.M. Uke, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection for granting the prayer made in the application.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed in terms of its prayer. The application is disposed of.
