The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing restoration application of Writ Petition (Stamp) No.6377/2022.

The matter was listed before the Registrar for want of removal of office objections. The Registrar granted two weeks time to remove the office objections, it was expired on 19.12.2022. It is submitted that due to oversight the applicants could not removed the office objections and matter came to be dismissed. There is 100 days delay in filing application for restoration, which was not caused deliberately.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 100 days caused in filing restoration application is hereby condoned. 5.
The Registry is directed to register the restoration application M.C.A. (Stamp) No.7972/2023.

The application stands disposed of.
MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (ST.) NO. 7972 OF 2023 1.
The present application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition (stamp) No.6377/2022, as the same came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objection. 2.
It is informed that office objections are already removed.

In view of that the application is allowed. The order dated 19.12.2022, passed by the Registrar is hereby quashed and set aside.

The Registry is directed to restore the Writ Petition (stamp) No.6377/2022 on its original stage.

The application stands disposed of.
