(4) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (ii). Registry of this Court is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.11,52,766/- with accrued interest thereon in M.A.C.P. No.109 of 2013 decided by learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati. Further, learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati is directed to release said amount to respondent nos.1 to 4, in accordance with law.
