DATE : 02.07.2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. There are three witnesses to the incident and the FIR was allegedly lodged by Nitin Narkhede. There is no ground for grant of bail. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Application No.303/2015 is rejected. Liberty to the applicant to apply for bail again to the trial Court after six months.
